Shipping & Returns
- All orders are usually shipped on the same day the order is placed. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday.
- All orders are a flat rate of $6.50 and we ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx - depending which rate is the most competitive.
- In-store pick-up is available and most orders are ready for pick-up on same day they are placed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up. If your order for pick-up is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be ready for pickup on Monday.
- We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages. If a package is lost or stollen submit a claim to the United States Postal Service.
All returns/exchanges have to be made within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit only. If the item was mailed to you, a return label will not be provided. You are responsible for shipping costs and getting it mailed back to us within the 14 day return window. Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions about returning.
Return/exchange items have to be unworn, unwashed, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, animal hair, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, and tags attached in order for them to be returned/exchanged.
Clearance and sale items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
All bralettes, leggings, accessories, camis, and hats/beanies are not eligible for return or exchange.
The term FINAL SALE means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes they must be in their original box and shipped back to the correct address if you are wanting to exchange/return within the 14-day window.
